Our rates start at $180 for an hour and $270 for ninety minutes. Our knowledgeable staff will respond to you as soon as they can. In addition to having therapists in the UK and Portugal, we also have several therapists who live in New Zealand, allowing us to provide services both during and after business hours.

Contact Online Therapy

At Online Therapy NZ, our practice is proudly virtual—meaning we don’t have a traditional office space. All of our therapists work from the comfort and privacy of their own homes, allowing us to offer flexible, secure online sessions via video (Zoom, Google Meet or similar) at times that suit you best, including evenings.

This home-based setup keeps things personal, confidential, and low-pressure—you can connect from wherever feels safe for you. Our team is spread across New Zealand (and a couple internationally), so we’re able to provide support that fits your schedule and time zone.

That said, some of our therapists are happy to meet face-to-face when it feels right for your needs—especially for initial consultations or ongoing work. Just mention your preference when you reach out, and we’ll discuss what works.
