The app was used to conduct follow-ups, provide support and counselling, give quality health advice, share information and help evaluate unhealthy thinking patterns among the patients. Notably, frequent and non-judgmental communication was a huge factor that contributed to the effectiveness of WhatsApp Clinical Counselling.
